أقرّ بموافقتي على مشاركة طفلي/طفلتي في مسابقات الألعاب الشعبية ضمن مهرجان قصر الحصن 2026، مع علمي بأن الأنشطة تتضمن حركة بسيطة وقد ينتج عنها مخاطر طفيفة مثل التعثر أو السقوط البسيط أو الخدوش. أتعهد بالتزام طفلي/طفلتي بتعليمات المنظمين وإرشادات السلامة داخل موقع الفعالية. أؤكد أن الحالة الصحية لطفلي/طفلتي تسمح بالمشاركة، وألتزم بالإفصاح عن أي ملاحظات صحية ذات صلة إن وجدت. وفي الحالات الطارئة، أفوض المنظمين بطلب الإسعاف أو الرعاية الطبية اللازمة. كما أوافق على تصوير طفلي/طفلتي (صور أو فيديو) أثناء الفعالية واستخدامها لأغراض التوثيق والتغطية الإعلامية للمهرجان دون أي مطالبات. وأؤكد أن عمر طفلي/طفلتي لا يقل عن الحد الأدنى للمشاركة وهو خمس سنوات.
I hereby consent to my child's participation in the Traditional Games Competitions during Qasr Al Hosn Festival 2026, acknowledging that the activities involve simple physical movement and may carry minor risks such as stumbling, minor falls, or small scratches. I undertake that my child will comply with the organisers' instructions and safety guidelines within the event area. I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate and agree to disclose any relevant health information if applicable. In case of an emergency, I authorise the organisers to request ambulance or medical assistance as required. I also consent to photographing and/or filming my child during the event and to the use of such materials for festival documentation and media coverage, with no claims. I confirm that my child meets the minimum participation age of five years.
